QFOAM / QFOAM XL

The two-component machine combines the advantages of PU high-pressure technology with a very good price-performance ratio. QFOAM is therefore said to be an ideal substitution for low-pressure technology and its inherent disadvantages.

>>Two-component machines
>>Two machine versions: QFOAM / QFOAM XL
>>Two sizes each 250 / 720
>>Output from 100 to 1.500 g/sec.
>> High-pressure axial pumps with an adjustment range of 5:1 (that can be regulated by handwheel)
>> Simple installation (plug-and-play principle) so that customers can put it into operation within a day
>> Integrated 100 l (QFOAM) or 250 l tank (QFOAM XL) for polyol and isocyanate
>> Nine shot programs can be selected by a switch on the mixhead, additional programs are definable via the control system Tachnical Data
• and tried-and-tested metering technology
• from the BaseLine and TopLine series.
The output can range from 100 – 1,500 g/s depending on the size of the machine. The hand-operated mixhead is used for cold-curing flexible foam, compact systems, filling foam, integral skin foam, energy-absorbing foam and rigid insulating foam.
Thanks to the compact structure and plug-and-play installation QFOAM can very easily and rapidly be integrated into the production process
